With a growing portfolio, Jeff has secured numerous main character roles in commercials, demonstrating his versatility and charisma as an actor. Beyond his on-screen work, Jeff is passionate about creative writing, using his skills to craft compelling stories and explore new artistic avenues. Activist: Jeff Trotter is a dynamic leader in mental health advocacy and youth mentorship. A former two-sport college athlete in track and basketball. Jeff channels his passion for sports and mental health as the CEO and President of Bend Dxnt Break. This organization bridges the gap between mental health and athletics through mentorship and advocacy.
Jeff has mentored at-risk youth in Memphis, addressing issues like school dropout, incarceration, childhood trauma, and poverty, serving in over 15 different community centers city-wide. Recently, Jeff organized a mental health summit featuring Tennessee Titans players, significantly raising the awareness of mental health resources in Memphis. He is also an advocate of the African American Male Wellness Agency. Jeff’s commitment to mental health, combined with his athletic background and community involvement, makes him a valuable resource and an inspiring figure for any athletic program looking to support the overall well-being of its athletes.
